Who is responsible for your information?

What information do we collect?
- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and trip details when you send a trip request, or your name, contact details, state, experience and interests when you join the advisor interest list.
- How you found us: the page you sent the form from, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link, so we can tell which channels work.
- Website analytics: we use DotSpider, a first-party analytics tool that does not use cookies. DotSpider processes your IP address to estimate your approximate location (country, region, and city) and your device or browser type. We see aggregate counts such as page views and referring websites.
Egretline Travel does not collect passport details or payment information. Your partner advisor collects what they need to book your trip under their own privacy policy.
Does this site use cookies?
No. Egretline Travel's website does not set cookies, and our analytics provider, DotSpider, is cookieless. If an embedded form or video provider ever needs cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
How do we use your information?
To answer your questions, to connect you with a partner advisor, to contact people on the advisor interest list as the network opens, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we are not paid for passing on trip requests.
Who do we share it with?
- Your partner advisor: we share your trip request with the independent partner travel advisor we connect you with, so they can contact you. They handle it under their own privacy policy.
- Service providers: the form service that delivers submissions to us by email, and our email and hosting providers.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
As long as needed for the purposes above. Advisor interest list entries are kept until you ask to be removed or the list is closed.
What are your choices?
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to take you off the interest list, by emailing [email protected]. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws.
How will we tell you about changes?
We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date.
